Covid-19: Per CDC guidelines, if you are feeling sick or have been around someone who is sick, please reschedule at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of your scheduled service.

Deposits: In order to schedule and secure an appointment with The Skin Studio, there will be a non-refundable deposit for new clients required upon booking through my online website. Please send the $30 deposit via Venmo (ivory-dao). The remaining balance will be due at the end of your service. If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so within the time window given below and your deposit will be moved to your next appointment. All clients are required to have a card on file in order to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless in an event of a last minute cancellation or no-show. By booking an appointment with The Skin Studio, you understand and accept our policy.

Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash (No change). Card transactions are confirmation that you authorize your payment to The Skin Studio and will not dispute the charge for whatever reason. All sales are FINAL.

Cancellations/Rescheduling We understand life happens but we kindly requests in the event of needing to reschedule or cancel please do so 36hrs prior to your appointment by referring back to your email reminder.

No-shows/Same day cancellations will automatically forfeit your deposit. You must put down a new deposit in order to book a new appointment.

In an event of a no-show or same day cancellation you authorize The Skin Studio to charge your card. By booking an appointment with The Skin Studio, you understand and accept our policies.

Tardy Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late I will try my best to accommodate you, but if I am unable to due to a full schedule, your appointment will be marked as a same day cancellation and you forfeit your deposit. In order to make a new appointment you will be required to put down a new deposit.

Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. All male clients must be referred by a current client of The Skin Studio.
